You need to be able to briefly answer all of the following questions to be able to submit a request and be considered for support. Remember that your answers to Questions 2, 3 & 4 form the basis of your request so it is important that you include enough information for us to be able to make a decision.

6. If you are awarded a grant, Trustees would ask for evidence of how the money was spent (for example copies of receipts for things purchased) and also a brief description of how the grant helped, do you agree to this? (Yes/No)

7. In line with most charities, we now offer online banking. If successful, we would prefer to pay grants electronically. To do so, please provide the details as specified below. For recipients under 16 or those without their own account, payment can be made to an organisation, parent/guardian or other responsible adult.
